Pitchside: SheBelieves Cup Semi-Finals
Signed, sealed, delivered. After a double-header matchday in the ATL, both the USWNT and Canada find themselves facing each other in next week’s SheBelieves Cup Final in Columbus, OH.
The US took on Japan in the first match of the day, with a Lindsey Horan penalty. Canada, in a similar fashion, won it from the spot against Brazil after keeping the South American giants to 1-1 after 90 minutes. Both teams are looking to continue strong form over this international window, and a new SheBelieves Cup recipient will be crowned in Columbus in savvy fashion, whoever the victor.
