Mexico
Mexico are the 2023 Gold Cup Winners and the top team in Concacaf according to Concacaf
United States
The US Men's National team land in the #2 spot for 2023 with a Nations League title to their name, but failing to reach the Gold Cup final, losing to Panama in the Semis
Panama

Canada
Canada maintains the number 4 spot after struggling in last year's world cup, but making it to the Nation's League final in 2023
Costa Rica
Costa Rica lands in the number 5 slot, making it to the Quarter Finals in the Gold Cup.
Jamaica
This Jamaican team has the potential to be really good, with more players from England joining the squad. They finished the year in the Gold Cup Semi-finals
Honduras
Honduras is always in the mix, but struggled to qualify for any of the significant knock out rounds in the year's two major competitions
Haiti
