Bright lights, even brighter stars. Atlanta United took on the New England Revolution this weekend, and proved once again why they are a force to be reckoned with when playing in front of 70,000 at home.
Ending in 4-1, the five stripes were set abreast by Thiago Almada off the mark, scoring a first half penalty. The real star of the show was Giorgos Giakoumakis, bagging his first MLS hat-trick before the full time whistle blew. Our photographer Matt Dingle was pitchside for the curtain raiser for the red and black.
