Pitchside: Portland Timbers vs. D.C. United

Last minute football. Following the shock of going two goals down away from home, DC United staged an all too late comeback to draw level with the Portland Timbers in week 2 of MLS action over the weekend. The capitol side, brought back to life by a 72nd minute penalty from Mateusz Klich, formerly of Leeds United, found itself a goal short of all 3 points at full time, taking full advantage of Portland’s lapse in concentration.
